Yoga for Chakra Healing

According to the Yoga tradition, the 6 main chakras along the length of the spine and head are energy vortices that are gateways connecting our physical and spiritual selves.

The Yoga practices can help us unlock the potential contained in the Chakras and therefore uplevel our spiritual journey.

Here is some information about our lower chakras, commonly out of balance.

Yoga therapy for Muladhara Chakra or Root Chakra
- grounding
- stability
- strength
- calm
- trust

Work with Muladhara to overcome

Accessing this powerhouse of energy helps to encourage

Imbalance can occur through shame, guilt and fear of how we are perceived by others in expressing these qualities. Manifesting in:
- lower back pain, hips, gynaecological, infertility, unable to relate to others.

The Hatha yoga practices are tools to liberate the density contained in the chakras. Classes this week featuring:

Working with your naval centre helps ignite your inner fire in overcoming

Especially, necessary when on a spiritual (or self improvement) journey when the “work” can become difficult shifting from old patterns.
