This is Nat!
She is a Yoga teacher and Ayurvedic practitioner offering wholistic methods of healing for body, mind, emotion and spirit.
Having experienced the profound benefits of both Yoga and Ayurveda (in overcoming gut imbalance, depression, anxiety, burnout, hormonal imbalance and peri-menopausal symptoms), this is a personal passion.
Nat offers: Therapeutic Yoga; Ayurvedic Nutrition; and Ayurvedic Bodywork.
Nat’s philosophy is this
- Our bodies holds our stories, dutifully.
- Somatic practices gently guide us toward the body as a safe place to let go of the stories.
- the science of Tantric Hatha Yoga profoundly weaves Ayurveda into Yoga as a therapeutic method (to create balance, harmony and enlightenment).
- The chakras are an intricately designed map (blue print) that leads us to enlightenment without bypassing.
- Nat’s convinced this is a method of profound impact when practiced as a prescription to your unique needs.
- We can’t talk about mental health without gut health.
Nat’s yoga journey
I started practicing Yoga in my teens when my mum became my first Yoga teacher and inspiration.
My path strayed away from Yoga in my 20’s whilst pursuing a career in Sustainability in the corporate sector.
After a decade pushing the corporate ladder, I completely collapsed in burn out: lost and confused about how the hell I became to be so disconnected with my self.
I found my way back to yoga in my 30s after a fairly messy crisis of identity with severe depression, anxiety and a few other diagnosis with a toxic combination of psychiatric medication.
The tools of Yoga and Ayurveda helped guide a series of decisions that took me from uptight city chic to (somewhat) laid back forest dwelling mumma now entering menopause.
The long term yoga practice equipped me beautifully for a recent kundalini awakening that continues to evolve new layers of intuition and divine guidance.
Yoga and Ayurveda helped heal my mental health issues and the associated chronic gut health imbalance together with counselling and lifestyle changes.
That’s not to say that I’m completely cured. Far from it!
Mental health issues run deep in my family with parental and ancestry trauma showing up in ways that surprise me ongoing.
And so, the journey is ongoing: a pathway paved with a commitment to show up to myself with curiosity and kindness in order to enable integrating my mental health experiences with physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.
My Purpose
My personal transformation has given rise to the motivation I have in helping other people access the ancient knowledge of Yoga and Ayurveda for healing and integration.
My mission
I’m on a mission! To offer the tools of Yoga and Ayurveda in a way that makes accessible the vast and lifelong skills of living in harmony with nature while and unlocking our generally dormant capacity to thrive and heal naturally.
My services focus on Yoga and Ayurveda for mental health to bring about holistic wellbeing of body, mind, emotion and spirit.
Please reach out if you want to work with me.
With great big heart, love and respect for you and your journey.

She caters so well to different skill and fitness levels and is really experienced in working with people with injuries, always offering many variations for each pose. I always leave her classes feeling so relaxed and balanced and wishing I could do them every day”
