Ayurveda for Self Care

Ayurveda is the sister science of Yoga: a system of holistic medical practices for health and well being. It covers all aspects of the self including: physical; emotional; mental and spiritual.

One of the greatest success I have had in health and well being is through the application of Ayurvedic self care routines. That is, simple practices that I undertake take on a daily or weekly basis that acknowledge my own needs.
