This class will combine: strengthening, stretching, resting, breathing, sound, mantra, mudra, philosophy, seasonal themes, meditation, Yin Yoga, use of props: straps, bolsters, blankets, mats, eye pillows, blocks (all supplied - or BYO).
All levels are catered. From beginner to advanced (by advanced I mean with experienced of Yoga fundamental not necessarily physical postures).
Everything presented in the class is intended to be an invitation to to explore and practice within your own scope of practice (options always provided for different levels of practice). You can choose to opt in or go your own way or sit out or whatever else without hesitation. This feels important to me in order to empower you and I hope to offer a safe place for this exploration rather than a dictation.
Some mobility is needed (ie able to get up and down from the ground). If you are mobility challenged - I recommend that you enrol in Monday Yoga for Mobility for use of chairs and more formalised support to achieve mobility.
Payment of the term is required upfront upon receiving of the invoice. This will secure your place and ensure the class goes ahead with the adequate numbers to cover the cost of facilitating the term.. The payment is non refundable but I understand that at times things come up and you can not attend. If you are able to give me 24 hour notice when unable to attend I will give you a credit for the following term on one occasion through out the term.
If you are unexpectedly sick or become injured over a long period - let’s chat about that and I will offer you a refund of course if this presents.
At times I have offered physical touch in the class. It’s possible that this may occur ONLY with your permission. Lately it hasn’t felt right to offer touch in the class given our sensitivity to virus etc. But I will see how this feels through out the 10 weeks and if touch in the class offers value - I will seek your permission first verbally.
Please reach out if you need clarification on any of these points (or anything else).
Thanks for joining me!!!
