The earth element within you is solid, strong and secure when in balance. Activate these qualities by working with Muladhara Chakra: located at the base of your torso and spine (plus your earth-sensing radar - feet!).
NB The first 15 mins is sitting in breath practice to shift your energy.

Head stand Tutorial (with cool down)
This alternative ending to the Hatha Yoga - Fire practice will guide you carefully through Head Stand (Salamba Sirsasana). This practice is not for everyone. Headstand should not be attempted if you have the following conditions:
- High or low blood pressure
- Glaucoma or any other eye condition
- Spinal Injury
- Kyphosis
- Pregnant (unless you have a long term existing practice of head stand)
- Menstruation (due to the abdominal pressure required)
Please take care and be guided by your own body and its needs. There’s no need to push and strive for this pose.
Water is the element represented in the Sacral Chakra, which is where we hold energy associated with emotions (and their underlying stories). Located in the region of your pelvis, we work with hips to strengthen and release this space with love and care.
