Ayurvedic massage of the whole body with warm hebral oil, pressure and stroke specifically chosen for your Dosha (State of Balance). Please allow for a short consultation to determine Ayurvedic assessment.

Ayurvedic massage of the whole body with warm oil, pressure and stroke specifically chosen for your Dosha (State of Balance) combined with an Ayurvedic Facial with a nourishing treatment for face, head, hair, neck, chest and shoulders using Ayurvedic oils and herbal combinations tailored to your skin and dosha.

SHIRODHARA + ABHYANGA

‘Shiro’ means head. ‘Dhara’ means to focus upon. Shirodhara is the pouring of warm oil over the forehead to encourage the qualities of the water element in mind, body and spirit: calming; hydrating; grounded. Paired with whole body massage. NB - Price includes the large amount of oil needed.

Basti is localised topical treatment intended to penetrate deep into join pain and inflammation to stimulate repair and ease pain. Paired with targeted massage. Effective for SIJ, Lower back, knee, neck.
