I’m Nat. I’m an Ayurvedic practitioner, Yoga therapy teacher, devoted student and mumma bear.

Its my honour to guide you through your Ayurvedic Journey to incredible vibrancy.

I offer a facilitated journey of sustainable change to enable you to embrace your true nature and embody your highest potential.

Depending on your needs, YOU can expect:

  • An Ayurvedic assessment with online intake and deep conversations about you throughout our sessions together (FYI we go deep);

  • Ayurvedic diagnosis of: your Dosha (state of balance); root cause analysis; state of digestion; state of mind.

  • Ayurvedic lifestyle remedies that usually take the form of morning and evening rituals (tailored to you).

  • Ayurvedic Yoga: the original somatic therapy, with movement, breath work, bandha, kriya, mantra, nidra, etc. SPECIFIC TO YOUR DOSHA

  • Ayurvedic Nutrition with optional food planning activities and recipe inspiration (cooking demos etc);

  • Motivation with a little kick in the buttocks when you need it :)

How we roll / What’s included

At least 2 sessions required.

. Recommended fortnightly.

1st session 2 hours with an Ayurvedic Assessment (needed to determine your Dosha, which is the basis for all remedies inc Yoga).

2nd session and subsequent are either 1-2 hours depending on what it is we are trying to achieve together.

Personalised video detailing your dosha assessment (after 1st session) with Ayurvedic education specific to your dosha and summary of Ayurvedic remedies specific to you and your priorities.

Sessions can be either: online; or face to face in Selby; or your home by arrangement.

Text message and email support through out the duration in which we work together.

Our exchange

$100 per hour.

Availability

WHY is WHolistic Health important?

As a whole, we are complex in nature with aspects of our selves that are both obvious (physical) and less obvious (emotional, mental and spiritual) and yet dependant upon each other for vitaity.

It’s so common to be disconnected from our whole self due to the influence and expectation from others to comply with conditions that oppose our true nature right from the day we are born.

  • Suppressing of our sexuality and sensual nature

  • Dampening of our power and passion

  • Ignoring the whisper of the intuitive voice

  • Censoring the expression of our true needs and feeling

In this our suffering begins as we compensate for the yearning of re-connection with excessive consumption in lifestyle, diet and recreation in attempt to satisfy cravings that can never be met and lead to dis-eases such as:

  • Mental health (depression, anxiety)

  • Chronic stress and dis-regulation of the nervous system

  • Insomnia or sleep disturbance

  • Infertility and hormonal disfunction

  • Skin disorders

  • Digestive issues (poor absorption, discomfort and irritability)

  • Weight gain and obesity

HOW do we work in Ayurvedic WHolistic Healing Coaching?

Through deep engagement we work TOGETHER to identify the root cause of dis-ease (physical, mental or emotional) and undertake the healing journey to become WHOLE AGAIN using a combination of natural tools, such as:

  • Diet

  • Lifestyle

  • Yoga (asana, breath work and meditation)

  • Detoxification

  • Herbal Medicine

  • Emotional Freedom Technique

  • Reiki and Energetic Healing

All remedies are natural and aim to return you to your true nature in order to correct imbalance and heal yourself. This is completely possible for everyone. BUT - It will take commitment to changes in your diet; lifestyle and self care over the long term.

WHAT DO WE COVER IN SESSIONS WITH AYURVEDIC REMEDIES?

Integration sessions are soo important. Instead of me dropping the Ayurvedic knowledge onto and leaving you to work it out, I will instead make sure that you are equipped and ready to implement the remedies stratight away.

Given you remedies and needs are completely unique, I’m not completely sure what our integration sessions will include. But they will most likely be to these themes:

  • Tailored workshop of Ayurvedic Nutrition and co creation of food plans, recipes, shopping list etc.

  • Remedial Yoga for grounding, energising, injury management or developing trust and intuition.

  • Yoga Nidra Meditation to enable a visionary mindset with intention setting workshop.

  • Vedic Counselling and Emotional Freedom Technique to help overcome emotional barriers to change.

  • Demonstrated application and use of Ayurvedic Detox Methods applicable to you.

  • Yogic philosophy discussion, contemplation and journalling for any of: kleshas, koshas, dharma, dieties and Yimas and Niyamas.

    CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

    We can reschedule our sessions if something comes up! 24 hours notice is helpful (please!). But my calendar will likely be booked 2-3 weeks in advance - so it would be better to plan ahead for changes if necessary. Otherwise, we’ll just need to be patient in adjusting the pace of your journey.
